Returns & Refunds

All items from The Sandy Pearl are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

However, we'll always make it right if:

• Your item arrives with a production error or defect
• You received the wrong item

If there's an issue with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your order before submitting— school, size, color, and any custom details — as we're unable to make changes once production begins.
